Insurance Brokers of Nigeria Limited (“IBN”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is Nigeria’s premier insurance Broker. Our main service is insurance brokerage and risk management (the “Services”). We arrange insurance policies on behalf of policyholders (our “Clients”) and also assist in managing claims arising from those policies.
In order to carry out our Services, we are required to collect and process certain information from our clients. IBN is committed to safeguarding the personal data of our clients and individuals who visits our website and engages with our services, and as such, we ensure that all personal data received from you are only used and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, disclose and protect your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and other applicable data protection laws and regulations.

All electronic Personal Data that we maintain is securely stored and further protected through our use of appropriate access controls. When you submit sensitive information via our Platforms, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
